The Orient Express

So, I got a new toy^H^H^Hphone the other day, and I started playing around with programming for it. The new one is an Android (Xperia X10 Mini), and I found plenty of resources for programming it.

So, yesterday I spent playing around with the direction sensors - and I came up with a simple gyro/compass. Since this could be a fun basis for a game that I would like to play, in case you write it, I thought I'd share. (And also, becase the implementations I found on the web were quite tied into other stuff.)

Summer vacation

Summer vacation

So, it's summer, I'm free, and I need to pass the time. Also, I want some variation. What if I read the comic book upside down?

Cowboy cousin

Cowboy cousin

Here's Sylvia's cousin Axel, only a couple of days older - and already staging a hold-up. How will this end?

The guy holding him would be Vidar...

Shock the monkey!

Shock the monkey!

Sylvia is showing a strong carnivorous tendency, or at least stuffyvorous...

Piis A'Krrrpet

Piis A'Krrrpet

There are some who would claim that my camel, Piis A'Krrrpet, is purely mythical. In answer to such sillyness I hereby present a photography portraying said camel.

Loooong nose

Loooong nose

This is Sylvia with a maple seed nose. It looks kinda distinguished, doesn't it?

There are more new pictures in the baby gallery.

Lunch; indomexican hybrid

Lunch; indomexican hybrid

Lunch today was a weird mix of Indian and Mexican food. I made a potato curry, and put it in wraps together with fresh tomatos, cheese, bananas and salsa. Unconventional, and mighty tasty. :)

HTPC (or HMC, whatever), part deux

Lookie! Explodosions!

Last time I wrote about the HTPC project (though I wrote HMC), nothing was working, today it's quite the opposite. Sometimes, in order to solve a problem, you have to just grind - and if you do that long enough you will solve the problem. At other times, the solution will be quicker/better if you take a step back. The HTPC project is a case of the latter.

I passed the Teenager audio test
